One person reads these. You will get a real answer.

ElevationBuilder is built and run by a door and hardware distributor, not a software company with a ticket queue. If something draws wrong, say which page and what you entered and it will usually be fixed rather than explained.

1Email

For anything at all — questions before buying, licences, team pricing, a frame type the app does not draw yet, or a drawing that came out wrong:

hello@elevatedrawings.com

What helps

A saved .json project file attached to the email is the fastest way to get something looked at — it reproduces exactly what you were seeing.

2Other addresses

These all reach the same place, but using the right one keeps things tidy:

Privacy and dataprivacy@elevatedrawings.com
Terms and legallegal@elevatedrawings.com

3Response times

This is not a full-time business yet, so replies come evenings and weekends rather than within the hour. Expect an answer inside one business day. If something is actually broken — the app will not open, a licence will not activate — say so in the subject line and it jumps the queue.

Before emailing about a drawing. The help file covers how dimensions resolve, what each page draws and how sheets lay themselves out. A fair number of questions are answered in section 2, which explains why the app rounds the way it does.

4Who runs this

ElevationBuilder is operated by Roosen Carroll, LLC, Lebanon, NJ 08833. The tool exists because drawing elevations for submittals by hand was the slowest part of the week, and no affordable software did only that job.
